The Grammy-winning artist is gearing up for a substantial cinematic onslaught in 2026, kicking off with the mockumentary titled The Moment.
Throughout the movie, the artist portrays what she refers to as a hell version of herself.
It’s the most authentic portrayal of the entertainment world that I’ve ever witnessed, the star commented.
She further explained in a discussion: This isn’t a concert film, yet the concept originated from the demand to produce one.
A Glimpse into The Project
The first teaser, unveiled on Thursday, mixes authentic footage from her recent tour with made-up behind-the-scenes moments.
The Moment is overseen and co-authored by Aidan Zamiri, who shared that the narrative focuses on a reality where Charli took completely different paths during the publicity of her hugely successful record Brat.

This project is a single one of several upcoming film appearances for the star, who already starred in three festival films this year.

Future Ventures
The following year will also feature Charli with Olivia Wilde in romantic thriller I Want Your Sex, Natalie Portman in gallery suspense The Gallerist, and Barbie Ferreira in scary reboot Faces of Death.
Additionally, she agreed to feature in Dakota Johnson’s directorial debut A Tree in Blue.

The month of February will also see the debut of the director’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights, which will include new music from the artist.
She is also set to provide music for the drama Mother Mary, featuring Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, planned for launch in the coming year.
The film will be released on 30 January.
